Description
The LeMieux Grackle snaffle is a beautiful example of this style. Both the browband and noseband have decorative stitching and are softly padded to provide comfort on the forehead and along the bridge of the nose. The pad on the back of the nosepiece is interchangeable and can be lined with either merino wool or a soft leather pad. The noseband is fitted with a D-ring so that the noseband lies gently against the horse's cheeks and jaw. This helps to create a customised fit for different jaw shapes and the rear strap can move independently. LeMieux snaffles are made from beautiful, soft European leather and feature an anatomically shaped headpiece with soft padded cut-outs around the ears and poll to help distribute pressure and maximise comfort.
